When NBA games tip off
Most NBA games start at 7:00 or 7:30 PM in the home team's time zone, so an East Coast night begins around 7:00 PM ET and the last West Coast games tip at 10:00 or 10:30 PM ET. Weekends add afternoon games, and Christmas Day has a full slate from noon into the night. The times on this page are converted to your own clock when it loads, which helps if you follow a team from another time zone.
The listed time is the scheduled start. The ball usually goes up five to ten minutes later, after the introductions, so there is no need to rush a stream open on the minute.
The season from October to June
Each team plays 82 regular-season games between late October and mid-April. Preseason games fill the first weeks of October. In November the group stage of the NBA Cup runs inside the regular schedule, and its knockout rounds are played in December with the semifinals and final in Las Vegas.
After the regular season, teams seeded seventh to tenth in each conference play the play-in tournament for the last two playoff spots. The playoffs are four best-of-seven rounds, and the NBA Finals finish in June. Playoff games are listed here as soon as the league confirms the date, often only a day or two ahead, because a series can end early.
Where games are shown
From the 2025-26 season the national US games are split between ESPN and ABC, NBC with Peacock, and Prime Video, with NBA TV carrying some nights as well. Games that are not national are shown by regional sports networks in each team's market. NBA League Pass covers out-of-market games, with local games blacked out. In Canada, TSN and Sportsnet hold most of the Raptors and national games.
Because a single game can be on a national network and on two regional channels at once, our game pages sometimes list two streams that are the same game with different commentary. The first link is our pick.
WNBA games on this page
The WNBA season runs from May into September, with the playoffs and Finals in September and October. WNBA games are listed on this page alongside the NBA, with the league named above each group of games, so summer evenings are not empty here.
Official ways to watch without cable
ABC games are free over the air, so a basic indoor antenna picks up the weekend national games in most of the country. Prime Video and Peacock games need those subscriptions, and both run their NBA games inside the normal app. For ESPN and NBA TV nights, the live TV streaming services such as YouTube TV and Hulu + Live TV carry the channels without a cable box.
Local games are the hard part. Many regional sports networks now sell their own streaming subscription, and a few teams have moved some local games to free broadcast stations. If you follow a team from outside its market, League Pass is the usual answer, though it blacks out the national broadcasts and your own local team. When none of those fit, the stream links on our game pages are there as a fallback.
Using this page
The list covers today and the next six days. Live games move to the top of their day and show the score once the listings have it. A game stays on the page for a few hours after the final buzzer.
Stream links appear on a game page when the sources we follow list them, usually in the hour before tip-off. A game with no links yet is not broken; it is early.
When a stream stalls
Switch to the next link first, since each one is a different player. If all of them stall, reload the player page and close any other tab playing video. Some VPN locations stop certain players from loading, so try with the VPN off. Every link opens a player on another website; nothing is hosted on CrackStreams.
